Father John, Blessings to you as you step cautiously down that new path. Grace and Peace be with you!
Dear Father,
I was a close friend of Father Grass, and I would like to know where he is buried, I may like to visit his grave if it is close by.
He was a lovely man and a good priest. I knew him for over 40 years and I will miss him greatly.
Sincerely,
Barbara Russ
He is buried in our community cemetery on the grounds of what used to be St. Joseph’s College outside Princeton New Jersey.
This month of All Souls we are reminded of Father Allie’s gracious nature and warm hospitality. Several times times a year while visiting my uncle, Rev. Vincent Trunk, at St. Catherine’s we would stop in and visit with Fr. Aloyisius. My traveling friends found a good heart in this kind priest, to listen to their stories and provide encouragement for
their spiritual journey. Pray for us Fr. Allie, that we may develop the graces and virtues
you exemplified!
In Faith,
