The novena began on November 18th with Bishop Pedro Hernandez, CMF, bishop of the Vicariate of Darien. Jose Pio Jimenez, CM celebrated on Friday evening, November 21st and was joined by two choirs: the youth from St. Joseph’s Parish in Colon and the diocesan seminarians from the Seminario Mayor San Jose. John Carney, CM celebrated on Saturday evening, November 22nd, accompanied by Deacon Fernando Juarez, permanent deacon now responsible for St. Joseph’s Parish, Paraiso, where our confreres worked for many years.
