    thank you for that insight. It is often true hat we miss what is right in front of us. “An awareness of being loved ” I was sharing with my granddaughter that breathing in & out could be her awareness of God’s love for her. She was feeling depressed & lonely. Her question was ” how can I know God still loves me ? ” take some time to be aware of your breathing & remind yourself that God loves you with every breath you take. She is still working on that. Your comments have helped us ,too. Thank you
