Is there any connection between the celebration of World Youth Day and the World Day for Grandparents and Elderly?
I had never heard the phrases “Sage on the Stage” or “Mentor in the Center.” A mentor is one who helps people connect the dots in their lives.
Almost ten years ago to the day, Pope Francis told young people his hopes for World Youth Day. The sound bite people remember… “make a mess”.
Today many from both the left and the right are saying he himself has made a mess.
We are faced with a choice – once again unleashing Hiroshima or rejoicing and living in God’s kingdom. Which will I commit myself to?
What is the name of the new Blessed who wore blue Jeans and Nike? He is the first millennial to be named “Blessed “. He is presented as a role model for youth, a “saint of the ordinary,” and a possible patron saint for IT workers.
